Magnesium Hunter Rifle is a modular system adaptable for a variety of calibers and barrel profiles. The innovative magnesium chassis from XLR Industries makes it possible to easily change a prefit barrel to accommodate your hunting or competing activities. All chassis rifles receive the same attention to detail as our carbon fiber stocked rifles, and the Magnesium Hunter is bedded in the Recoil lug area to ensure the rifle is solid and repeatable. This helps greatly with shock, cold bore shots, heat, and expansion. Plus, it’s nice during cleaning your rifle to have it repeat back into the same position as before to hold a better zero after cleaning. Simply said, you will have a better-built and more consistent rifle from your Blue Mountain Precision. All larger magnum calibers in 30 and 33 caliber will be full-length-bedded.
