We had a great match! It is safe to say that Uintah Basin's wind was challenging for most competitors but overall looked like everyone had fun! We had our first 🅳🆀 today and we hope it was a good reminder to all new and seasoned shooters to follow safety rules closely!Thanks to all for coming and supporting the event. Effective Cleaning Method
For optimal results, we recommend following this proven cleaning method:- Begin by using a well-designed bore guide to ensure precision.
- Having a solvent port can significantly simplify the process. It allows you to easily administer ThorroClean.
- Step 1: Start by pushing a wet tight patch through your bore to remove loose carbon fouling.
- Step 2: Liberally apply ThorroClean (about a teaspoonful) to a high-quality bore brush. Stroke the barrel forward out through the crown and back approximately 10 to 15 times. Ensure your brush has enough ThorroClean for effective cleaning.
- Step 3: Follow up by pushing a dry patch through the barrel, and then use patches generously soaked in ThorroFlush. Typically, you can clean all the ThorroClean out of the barrel with 2 or 3 patches. Be diligent in checking for excess ThorroClean in your solvent port, and use a borescope for a thorough inspection.
